How light are you?
Calculate your weight using the Body Mass Index formula:
MI = Body weight (in kilograms) divided by Body height x Body height (in metres).
A body weight of 20-25 BMI is considered normal.
Example: you are 1.80 m tall and you weigh 69 kg. Your BMI is then: 69 divided by 1.80 x 1.80 = 21.29. A BMI of 21.29 means a healthy weight.

Tips for a lighter weight:

  1. Every morning, drink a glass of boiled water with lemon juice and some salt on an empty stomach.
  2. Eat one apple (or more) a day. 25% of an apple is air. It contains no fat and only 80 calories.
  3. Chew well. This automatically means eating slowly and will guard you against eating too much.
  4. Choose any diet you want.
